LABORET SEWING PROJECT - KENYA
The Laboret Sewing Project is group of men and women in Laboret, a village located in Western Kenya. It was started by Pastor Japhet, a long-time friend of Heavenly Treasures. Pastor Japhet has an incredible heart to serve God and his people and carries the message of God's love wherever he goes. He started his church with just 7 people, and within four years they had grown to 60 adults (plus children). Seeing the needs of some of his congregation, Pastor Japhet started a sewing project as a way to help provide for their livelihood.
