Items may be returned, exchanged or given a store credit within 14 days with a receipt.
- All clothing is Final sale.
- Items must be in new condition with tags unless the item is considered a defect in manufacturing.
- Any items purchased while in a promotional period, including but not limited to teas, shop and win or a gift with purchase will be able to exchange or receive store credit. No refunds.
- Items purchased in conjunction with online parties may only be exchanged, no refunds will be permitted.
- Return Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless agreed upon by management and the customer.
- Gifts with purchase, shop and win prizes, items received for free at a tea or promotional drawing items are not exchangeable.
