Return Policy

Items may be returned, exchanged or given a store credit within 14 days with a receipt. No returns or exchanges after 14 days. 

• All clothing is Final sale. 

• Items must be in new condition with tags unless the item is considered a defect in manufacturing. 

• Any items purchased while in a promotional period, including but not limited to teas, shop and win or a gift with purchase will be able to exchange or receive store credit. No refunds.

• Items purchased in conjunction with online parties may only be exchanged, no refunds will be permitted. 

• Return Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless agreed upon by management and the customer. 

• Returns will not be processed/credited until the item(s) are back in our possession and can be mailed to 1325 E. Route 66, Glendora, CA 91740

• Gifts with purchase, shop and win prizes, items received for free at a tea or promotional drawing items are not exchangeable or returnable.
