    Shop with a Mission is a fair trade handicraft store in Glendora, selling handmade items from around the world. The Shop with a Mission - summer fair is one way we can partner with local artisans and small businesses.  Let’s work together to support artisans globally & locally.

     

    1325 E ROUTE 66 – GLENDORA, CA 91740
    Saturday August 3, 2024
    10am - 5pm

    VENDOR INFO:

    • $100 per 10'X10' space (this will be outdoors)
    • ITEMS TO BE SOLD: It’s our desire for you to sell handmade items (if not handmade you can share about that in the application. Also – please do not sell anything offensive)
    • BOOTH LOCATION: allocation of booths will be based on the order in which you signed up.
    • SET UP: 8AM - 9:45AM (must be fully ready for customers by10am)
    • TEAR DOWN: 5:01pm (you cannot close shop before 5pm)
    • MUST BRING YOUR OWN 10’x10” pop-up tent/tables/display (rentals can be arranged)
    • ELECTRICITY $20
    • DONATION: Each vendor will need to contribute a $25 - $50 drawing prize.
      • Drawing tickets will be sold at the fair for $2/ticket
    • LUNCH: Each vendor booth will be given 2 lunch tickets and 4 water bottles per 10’x10’ space
    • MUSIC: will be provided – no personal music please
    • LIABILITY INSURANCE: must provide by each vendor

     

    APPLY BY JULY 8, 2024

    Vendor application to be returned by July 8 via email with photo samples of items to be sold.                 

    • Once application is approved you will be sent an invoice via email to complete.
    • The application is to insure we have a good assortment of vendors and categories that align with our mission & vision at Shop with a Mission.

     

    No food vendors – a taco man, fruit cart, and snack station will be available for purchase of all guests.

     

    All fees/drawing tickets and food tickets will cover the costs and support the Heavenly Treasures/Shop with a Mission non-profit 501(c)(3) public charity.

     

    Each vendor will be sent graphics to promote to your own network of customers and to help promote this event. We will be sending it out to about 3K-4K on our email list & publicize via local channels.
